Designer’s Sabyasachi And Christian Created A New Style
Perfect Wedding Shoes By Sabyasachi And Christian
There are a lot of designers who are known for their ultimate talent and master creativity not only in India but worldwide. It seems like they create a reflection of their soul and put everything to make a master piece or one of it’s kind. One of these designers is Sabyasachi Mukherjee who is an Indian fashion designer from Kolkata. He is in fashion industry since 1999, his label is ‘Sabyasachi’. He is one of the Associate Designer Members of Fashion Design Council of India and the youngest board member of the National Museum of Indian Cinema. Sabyasachi And Christian? What’s the matter that just became the talk of the town.
We all know that the true spirit of Sabyasachi’s collection lies in his unprecedented artistry and Christian Louboutin is a French fashion designer whose footwear has incorporated shiny, red-lacquered soles that with time has become his signature. Now why am I introducing both of them together? Because they shook hands and collaborated to create something magical for wedding season. Let’s see what magic it is.
Both the designer’s are really very happy after working together. With this standard of craftsmanship and opulence, it comes as no surprise that Christian Louboutin is a Sabyasachi enthusiast. Christian said “I loved Sabyasachi’s work from the first time I saw it. His detail oriented design sensibility is magnetic and draws you in. I am very happy to collaborate with him for this collection. Not only do I admire his work but he is also my friend and I was delighted to be in India for his show!” The new collection is a collaboration of Indian wedding wear with a European touch in the footwear.
It was at the brand’s flagship boutique in Kala Ghoda that Christian and Sabyasachi first discussed the collaboration that culminated with this season’s Amazon India Couture Week (AICW). “The collaboration is the result of great creative chemistry. It is a beautiful amalgamation – between Christian Louboutin and Sabyasachi design team between Paris and India,” said Sabyasachi of the 80 pairs of shoes created for the show.
“The entire collaboration got done over one lunch at the Louvre,” says Sabyasachi. “We sat there and mostly discussed food. There were no ego clashes, not one conflict. When I came back, I said, ‘That’s it?’” says Sabyasachi. “Christian and I, I don’t think we understand the word compromise.” Here, Louboutin nods, and says, simply, “No.”
After reading the communication between both designer’s I really hope that if they keep on working together then we are going to give us a lot more creativity and unimagined collection which should keep on blowing our mind like this one. Work ideas of two amazing designer’s will never let us down. Sabyasachi And Christian pieces of art just is a sheer example of class with royal touch to it. My eyes just popped out looking at the design.
